1. No Refunds After Purchase

This policy applies to:

• Monthly subscriptions (Basic, Lite, Max, ProMax)
• Annual subscriptions
• Lifetime Deal purchases
• Add-on purchases or upgrades
• Partial billing cycles (no pro-rata refunds)

2. Free Trial Period

We offer a 3-day free trial for the Free Plan. During the trial, you can explore core features with limited access (10 queries/day, ChatGPT only, 5 products).

We encourage you to fully evaluate the service during your free trial before purchasing a paid subscription. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued.

Zeneith may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following rare circumstances:

• Technical Error: If you were charged multiple times due to a payment processing error
• Service Failure: If the service was completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to our error
• Legal Compliance: If required by law or regulatory authority

To request an exception, contact contact@zeneith.com within 7 days of the issue with documentation. Approval is not guaranteed and is evaluated case-by-case.
